We've created careers for ourselves that may be misaligned with the truth about who we are and why we're here. We bought into the belief that our financial security must be tied to an employer who agrees to pay us in exchange for our time and talent, all the while sacrificing our happiness, fulfillment, and precious time with family and friends in exchange for what we believe to be security.

Every day businesses begin, and every day businesses shut their doors. Many of the businesses that don't make it fail because the idea, the plan, and the operations were not carefully thought through and executed well.

We're going to spend six-weeks together in group Zoom sessions, and in a private online community helping you through the following six topics to make sure that your new business begins with the greatest chance of success.

1. Where New Businesses Come From: We'll talk about how business ideas form out of our own understanding of who we are and why we're here to make sure that what we're about to do is beautifully aligned with with our heart, mind, soul, and purpose.
2. Building a Business Plan: Every journey into the unknown needs a map and directions. This is what a business plan is. It's a process we'll work through together to make sure that you have carefully thought through all of the crucial steps of launching and scaling your business.
3. Building an Audience: Where will your first clients and customers come from? How will you identify them, speak to them, gain their interest and attention, and turn them into leads that can be converted into clients? We'll answer all of this in our third session, including conversations about websites, social media, advertising, and more.
4. Reputation Management: Reputation is everything in life and business. As you begin converting strangers into leads, and then clients, you're going to want to be sure that they can speak very highly of you to others in their circle of influence. We'l discuss business ethics, creating raving fans, and firing up the word of mouth machine.
5. Measuring Success: How do you really know if you're succeeding or not? Smart business people establish a set of Key Performance Indicators to serve as a barometer of how their business is doing. In this session we'll learn which KPI's to establish and measure, including business financials.
6. Competition and Collaboration: Many businesspeople are afraid of competition and don't know how to engage in collaboration for the greater success of all. We'll address both of these issues in our final session.

Your enrollment in the Day Job to Dream Job New Business Bootcamp includes live participation in all of our group online sessions, assignments, and a workbook to document your learning and progress.

As a graduate of the bootcamp, your business will then be featured on the Illumine Life and Work Formation website with your contact information and click-through to your website.

The six-week bootcamp begins on January 11, 2023.

Tolstoy once said, "Without knowing who I am or why I am here, life is impossible." Few things in life are as painful as not knowing who you are or why you're here. In June, 2023 we will spend five nights together aboard the Royal Caribbean Serenade of the Seas with stops in Key West and CocoCay in the Bahamas. During our sea days we'll have group sessions and one-on-one sessions designed to help you remember who you are, rediscover why you're here, and prepare you to leave the ship ready to begin living a life of purpose, on purpose. When we're not learning together, we're going to have an amazing time together aboard the ship and on the islands!

We'll depart Tampa, FL on June 17th, 2023 and return on June 22nd.

We have three cabin options available for this event. You can secure your cabin with a small deposit of $100 per-person.

Outside Balcony - $791 Per-Person

Oceanview Cabin - $666 Per-Person

Inside Cabin - $610 Per-Person.

Rates do not include travel protection or land transportation.

We have selected a sailing that will have no vaccination or Covid testing requirements. However, keep in mind that this is always subject to change in the event of a recurring Covid crisis.
